Content Policy

Minors

We have zero tolerance for any sexual or suggestive content involving minors. This is absolute and has no exceptions. It covers:

• Anyone under 18, real or fictional, photographic, animated, drawn, or stylized.
• Characters presented as minors through age, description, body, clothing, setting, or context, regardless of any claimed age. Words like "teen", "schoolgirl", or "petite young" attached to sexual content are treated as describing a minor.
• Adult characters aged down, de-aged, or placed in childlike scenarios for sexual purposes.
• Uploading any image of a minor for any purpose, sexual or not.

Any attempt, whether or not a generation completes, results in immediate and permanent account termination with no refund. We preserve the prompt, upload, account details, and payment information and report them to the relevant authorities and child-safety organizations. We cooperate fully with law enforcement.

Real people and consent

You may not create intimate or sexual imagery of a real, identifiable person without that person's explicit consent. This includes:

• Uploading a photo of anyone, including a partner, ex-partner, friend, colleague, or stranger, to generate sexual content of them without their clear permission.
• Naming or describing a real person, including celebrities, influencers, and public figures, in a sexual prompt.
• Recreating a real person's likeness through detailed description, reference images, or by combining outputs.
• Producing "revenge" imagery or anything intended to expose, embarrass, or coerce someone.

When you upload an image containing a person, you are confirming that the person is an adult and has consented to their likeness being used in adult AI-generated content, or that the person is you. If we receive a credible complaint from someone depicted without consent, we remove the content and close the account.

Sexual violence, bestiality, and illegal acts

You may not generate content that depicts or glorifies:

• Non-consensual sexual activity, including rape, coercion, drugging, or scenarios where a participant is unconscious, incapacitated, or unable to consent.
• Sexual violence, torture, or serious bodily harm presented as sexual content.
• Bestiality: sexual content involving real animals.
• Incest involving characters presented as related minors, or any incest content framed around minors.
• Human trafficking, sexual slavery, or any content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
• Anything that is illegal to create, possess, or distribute where you or we are located.

Consensual role-play between adults, including power-exchange and fantasy scenarios, is allowed as long as consent is clear from the content and none of the above lines are crossed.

Harassment and impersonation

You may not use the service to target, threaten, or degrade anyone. That includes generating content designed to harass, intimidate, or humiliate a specific person or group, or content that promotes hatred on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, or sexual orientation.

You may not impersonate anyone: not a real person, not another user, not a brand or organization, and not HornyHero AI itself. Do not present outputs as authentic photographs or footage of real people or real events, and do not use outputs to deceive anyone about who made them or what they show.

How prompts are screened

Every prompt is checked automatically before it reaches a model. Prompts that match our blocked patterns, including references to minors, non-consent, and bestiality, are rejected instantly and no credits are charged. Uploaded images are subject to the same screening.

Prompts and uploads that pass our screening are then processed by the model provider, which runs its own independent safety systems. A generation refused by the provider is treated as a failed generation and refunded, unless it was refused for a policy violation, in which case it is logged against your account.

Automated screening is not perfect. Passing it does not mean content is allowed. Repeated attempts to work around screening with misspellings, code words, or split prompts are themselves a violation.

Enforcement

Violations lead to account termination without refund of any remaining credits, purchased or otherwise. For content involving minors we always terminate on the first attempt and report. For other categories we may issue a warning first, but we are not required to. Termination decisions are made by people, not only by automated systems, and you can write to us if you believe an action was a mistake.

We may retain prompts, uploads, and outputs connected to a violation after termination where we need them to respond to a report, a legal request, or to prevent the same person returning.

Reporting

If you believe content generated on HornyHero AI depicts you or someone you know without consent, or breaches this policy in any other way, email [email protected] with as much detail as you can. Reports involving minors are handled first and are escalated to the appropriate authorities.
