Terms of Service

Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account or use any part of the service. The service produces adult content and is not intended for, and may not be used by, anyone under that age. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement, that viewing adult material is legal where you are, and that you are using the service for yourself and not on behalf of anyone under age.

If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we will close it immediately.

Your account

You need an account to generate content. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything that happens under your account, including credit purchases and generations you did not intend to run. Tell us at [email protected] as soon as you suspect unauthorized access.

One person may hold one account. Accounts may not be sold, shared, or transferred. We may ask you to verify your age or identity if we have reason to believe an account breaches these terms.

What the service is

HornyHero AI lets you generate images and videos from text prompts and uploaded images using AI models. We do not build or train these models. Generations are processed by third-party model providers, currently routed through MuleRouter, and the results are returned to your account. We select, price, and resell access to these models and operate the interface, credit system, and library around them.

Models, their capabilities, resolutions, and prices can change or be withdrawn when a provider changes them. The models and prices shown in the app at the time you confirm a generation are the ones that apply to it.

AI output is unpredictable. A generation may not match your prompt, may contain artifacts, or may be refused by the provider's own safety systems. We do not guarantee any particular result.

Credits, payment, and refunds

The service is prepaid. You buy credit packs through our payment processor, and each generation deducts the number of credits shown before you confirm it. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Credits do not expire.

• Credits have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.
• If a generation fails, times out, or is rejected by the provider after credits were reserved, those credits are returned to your balance automatically. This is the only circumstance in which credits are refunded.
• A generation that completes but does not match your expectations is not a failed generation and is not refunded.
• Bonus or promotional credits granted without payment may be withdrawn if the account breaches these terms.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Your bank or card issuer may add currency conversion or other fees that we do not control. If a payment is reversed or charged back, we may remove the corresponding credits and suspend the account until the balance is settled.

Your content and your outputs

Prompts and images you upload are your content. Images and videos the service produces for you are your outputs. Subject to these terms and the Content Policy, you own your outputs and may use them for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial. We claim no ownership in them.

By uploading an image you confirm that you have the right to use it this way: you created it, you own it, or every identifiable person in it has given you clear permission to use their likeness in adult AI-generated content. You are fully responsible for that, and for any claim that arises from an upload you did not have the right to use.

You give us the limited permission we need to run the service: to store your content and outputs, to send your prompts and uploads to the model provider for processing, and to display results back to you. We do not use your prompts, uploads, or outputs to train models, to advertise, or for any other purpose.

Because generative models can produce similar results for similar prompts, we cannot promise that your outputs are unique or that no one else will generate something alike.

Acceptable use

The Content Policy is part of these terms and sets out what may not be generated. In addition, you may not:

• Attempt to bypass prompt screening, provider safety systems, rate limits, or age checks.
• Access the service with automated tools, scrapers, or scripts, or resell or sublicense access to it.
• Reverse engineer the service, probe its infrastructure, or interfere with other users.
• Use outputs in a way that is illegal where you are, or distribute them to anyone under 18.
• Present outputs as real photographs or footage of real events or people in a way that could deceive or harm.

Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. Deleting the account deletes your content, outputs, and remaining credits; unused credits are not refunded.

We may suspend or close an account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe it has breached these terms or the Content Policy, if a payment is disputed, or if required by a provider or by law. Accounts closed for a breach forfeit their remaining credits, including purchased credits, and are not refunded. Serious violations, in particular anything involving minors, are reported to the appropriate authorities.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any model will remain available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from your use of outputs, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You agree to cover us against claims arising from content you upload, outputs you distribute, or your breach of these terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. When the changes are material we will show a notice in the app or email you before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.
